Easter Bunny Cake


Happy Easter everyone. I really wish I had something other than this cake to post. What can I say? It didn't look as good as I had hoped. I will say it tasted great and was well received at my families Easter dinner.
This was easy to make. Start with two round cake pans and bake per your recipe or mix. Use one round cake for the face and the other for the two ears and bow tie. Frost and then press coconut into the frosting.

Jana you did a great job. I am willing to try this next year. Hubby birthday yesterday so we had straberry rubarb pie instead.
